All our products are delivered within 8 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment of your order. We guarantee a perfect respect of the cold chain.
In case of absence at the time of delivery, your parcel is kept cold under controlled temperature until the next day and a new delivery slot is proposed to you.
Our recommandations
We deliver to your home as well as to your place of work. Packages must be hand-delivered against a signature.
Please make sure to put your products in a refrigerated or frozen environment upon receipt, depending on the nature of the products.
